My last posting was about the issues we were having with our long standing telephony provider. Unfortunately, these issues resulted in us having to change supplier.
After two months of looking, we have now selected the correct supplier to suit our (and your) needs for telephony services and have signed up to a contract with our new suppliers.
As a result of this, please make sure that you have a note of our new contact telephone numbers.
All clients have been provided with their new set of telephone numbers.
The number chosen is a special number to me for personal reasons, but I am happy that this is the telephone number that we are using here at xact to continue forward...
Calls to us should be included within your BT allowance minutes where applicable, but outwith your bundle, will cost a maximum of 4.2p/minute.
Now, away to update the website.
