Well hello again.
I have been on twitter - finding that exceptionally interesting for an informal way to encourage networking and meeting other small business owners out there, but realised that I haven't written anything in here for a while.
So... what else has been happening? Arranged to meet a very nice company owner whose company offers direct BACS payments to staff. As clients will know, that is NOT something that we do, nor do we intend to, so I thought it was high time I found a reliable company that I could trust in to pass any referrals on to. And I have found them.
The SMS service was getting utterly abused and until we can find a satisfactory resolve, it has been suspended.
The data backup of our own and clients' information which has been described previously has been updated - just ever so slightly - making it a little more robust.
The new security seal payslips are proving popular.
Just a gentle reminder:
We are NOT the cheapest.
We are NOT the most expensive.
The price we charge is fully inclusive. For the price, we bend over backwards for our clients. We believe that we go further for our clients than most others and openly lay down the challenge to anyone to question this...
Anyway... will go and add this number. If you want to use it it's there.
Remember that all our calls are logged.
On request from the client, we can record all calls on your own dedicated telephone number, and remember that every client is given their own telephone number to get in touch and every month is provided with a log of all enquiries and their subsequent outcome - allowing you to judge our effectiveness at resolving queries.
