Well hello there.
Since last popping a blog post on here, we have been just a little bit busy.
All of these things have kept me busy and kept me away from doing any blogging.
One of the nicest things that has happened to us was a week after setting up our facebook page - we went to visit a potential client, at a pre-arranged meeting. When we arrived, we found that one of their advisers had got in touch to say "why not try this company that are on facebook - I think they are actually in the same town as you"... And (of course) it was Xact!
Apparently facebook works!
Since last popping a blog post on here, we have been just a little bit busy.
- We have a new facebook page
- We have new stationery
- We have fully integrated the online portal for clients
- We have some new clients.
All of these things have kept me busy and kept me away from doing any blogging.

Our new stationery is quite pretty - or am I just a little bit biased?
Our facebook page and stationery now have the same imagery - the logo and one of our security seal payslips.
Some of our clients prefer to have payslips printed and sent out to their staff. We are (of course) happy to do what our clients want, but are always keen to reduce our carbon footprint. Any customers receiving payslips in the post are charged for postage and printing - this is partially to ensure that we maintain our profit margins, and partially to ensure that clients are encouraged to be eco friendly in their processing.
Our stationery is very pretty - and we are remaining eco - friendly by using it sparingly, and only having little tiny thin business cards is our effort to minimise our carbon footprint wherever we can.
As part of this drive, and of course for ease of access, we have continued to work on our online customer portal.
Making access easier, so far for us, has involved:
We are here to provide a service across the UK.
We are here to do a reliable, efficient and professional job.
So for this month - part of that professionalism has been "Making access easier"
If there is anything that we can do to help YOUR payroll process or if you have any questions about wages, payroll or HMRC changes and regulations, then just get in touch.
But for now... off to meet a licensed trade client - at 10PM - because that's when our clients work. And we are only too happy to accommodate wherever we can.
See you all soon.
Ross

Making access easier, so far for us, has involved:
- A new mobile website configured for both IOS and Android
- A great big button on our home screen to allow clients to log in
- Mobile enabled reporting forms
- Basically, just listening to our clients' feedback and amending our processes and systems to suit everyone's needs.
